Over the years, we have acquired several parcels of land which we believe are well placed to take advantage of the continued growing Rapid City economy. The parcels consist of both build-ready commercial and residential tracts, as well as undeveloped but strategically located tracts.

Founded in 1999, Hagg Development, Inc., provides the management and oversight of 20 entities which hold or develop real estate in the Rapid City, South Dakota area. Hagg Development is wholly owned by two brothers, Kent and Brian Hagg. Kent is the President/CEO and manager/member of all Hagg related corporations and limited development companies.

As partners and practicing lawyers in a high-profile law firm, we are very active in the community and enjoy a good relationship with local, state and Federal government. 

In addition to significant development experience, the Haggs are also partners in the law firm of Hagg & Hagg, LLP. The law firm has a strong focus on many facets of real estate and development law, including municipal and institutional funding mechanisms, regulatory compliance, commercial and residential covenants and creation of Planned Developments.
